Rules
LoungeSMP is meant to be chill, friendly, and fair. These rules keep the server fun for everyone.
Please read the rules before playing. If something is unclear, ask staff before doing it.
Staff have final say. You can create a support ticket to dispute a punishment, but please respect staff decisions while it is reviewed.
Allowed
Allowed Clients and Tools
These are allowed as long as they are not used to gain unfair information or bypass server limits.
- Badlion, Lunar Client, and similar clients are allowed, including the built-in mods they provide.
- Auto clickers are allowed.
- Free cam is allowed for building.
- Rejoin scripts are allowed.
- Auto sell scripts are allowed.
Fair play
Cheats, Exploits, and Unfair Advantages
- No x-ray or any form of unfair vision.
- No chunk downloading, seed cracking, hacked clients, cheat clients, or unfair scripts.
- No exploits of any kind, including plugin or feature interactions that are clearly unintended.
- No duping, including TNT dupes, item dupes, packet exploits, or any other duplication method.
- No portal farms used to bypass entity limits.
- No chunk loaders.
Claims
Claims, Builds, Theft, and Pets
- No griefing.
- No theft.
- No abusive or aggressive claiming.
- No claim blocking or trapping players with claims.
- No building inappropriate or intentionally disruptive structures.
- No killing other players' pets or moving them with ill intent.
Economy
Economy, Trading, Alts, and Scams
- No IRL selling or trading.
- No scamming or exploiting other players.
- No more than two accounts per player. Your main account and one alt are allowed.
- Punishments on alts may transfer to your main account.
- Do not use alts to claim job points or money. Alt balances may be removed.
- Do not abuse economy holes. Earnings nearing 1M per day, even split across accounts, may be reviewed for nerfs, method changes, or balance reductions.
Community
Chat, Names, Respect, and Staff
- Treat other players with respect. No harassment, hate, bullying, or toxic behavior.
- Keep chat PG-13. Some swearing is fine, but keep mature topics and language to a minimum.
- No bypassing the chat filter.
- No staff disrespect.
- No advertising other servers or services.
- No targeting or harassing players through chat, signs, Discord, or game mechanics.
- Usernames for both primary and alt accounts must be SFW, follow Minecraft EULA, and stay PG-13.
- Disturbing chat names are not allowed.
- Sexual or suggestive content, jokes, references, roleplay, innuendo, builds, usernames, or interactions are not allowed.
Performance
Lag, Farms, and Server Health
- No lag machines or cobble monsters.
- Excessive redstone or farm designs causing lag may be removed.
- Excessive mob hoarding or entity stacking that impacts performance is not allowed.
- Staff may intervene in any situation that negatively impacts gameplay, fairness, or server performance, even if it is not explicitly listed here.
